The Inn's enchanting rooms are named for
our four beautiful seasons, and feature luxurious beds with plenty of pillows.
Our rooms start at $65 plus tax, double occupancy (2 people/room). Each
additional guest will be charged $20. Family/group accommodations and rates are
available upon request.

The "SUMMER SUITE" which is also our "BRIDAL
SUITE", is a lovely king-sized room with a California king-sized bed,
wicker couch and dressing table, and a private bath*. The suite is decorated
with light wood furniture contrasting with beautiful blue and rose decor,
pillows and the bedding completed in white. This suite is located by itself in
the upper level of the front of the Inn. An extra double room is included as
part of this suite, to accommodate larger groups. (Click for images)

The "SPRING ROOM" is located at the top of the rear staircase and features a queen-sized bed with a private bath*. This room is decorated beautifully in green, with just the right amount of lavender and pink. In this room the slope of the attic style ceiling (full-standing height allowed) lends a romantic touch.

The "WINTER ROOM", located across the hall from
the "Spring Room", features a queen-sized bed with private bath*.
This room is decorated in the 'cool colors' of blue and white, with a touch of
mauve. Here again the slope of the attic style ceiling (full-height standing
allowed) lends a romantic touch to the décor.

The "FALL ROOM," is located on the main level at
the front of the Inn. This room is decorated in many warm fall & autumn
colors, with queen-size bed and shared or private bath. To accommodate a larger
group, the "FALL/AUTUMN SUITE" is available.

Inn Policies
* In that the conformities of the Bed & Breakfast environment
are to ensure the comfort and peace of all guests, a parent should accompany
small children whenever children are not within their room. A quiet atmosphere
shall be observed by disallowing children to yell, scream, or play on the
stairs or in any way interference with other guests' relaxing stay. Within the
parameters of the conditions above, well-behaved children are appreciated as
guests and we look forward to your stay.
* Under Utah State Law, smoking inside is prohibited; however, we offer two lovely outdoor locations with comfortable furniture and beautiful views.
* Sorry, dogs are not allowed as we try very hard to maintain the beautifully manicured grounds for your enjoyment. Dog boarding is available at the "La Gracias Stable's & Doggy Dude Ranch" here in Rockville. The ranch features personalized care, walks by the river, wading pool and shade trees. Their kennels are well kept and their rates are very reasonable for ˝ day, full day or overnight. This service is important because dogs are not allowed on park hikes. You can call them at (435) 772-3105.
* The Inn's Check-in Hours are 4 - 8:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time (if delayed, please let us know)
* The Inn's Checkout is 10:30 - 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time.
* Cancellations are required 72-hours prior
to your scheduled visit; otherwise there will be a charge.
